Tell It!

Tell It!

John 4:39

39 And many of the Samaritans of that city believed in Him because of the word of the woman who testified, “He told me all that I ever did.”

Where Did You Come From?

Where did you come from? I don’t mean what state or city. I mean what type of life were you living before Jesus came into your life? Were you broken and abused? Were you getting high, stealing, lying and hurting people? Maybe you were just living a life without God and didn’t realize how much you needed Him.

Overcomer

No matter where you were, what you were doing or how bad it was, people need to hear your testimony. We are made overcomers by the word of our testimony! (Revelation 12:11) Others need to know they are not alone. They need to know that no matter how bad it seems there is a way out. If you open your mouth and speak about where you have been, and people can see the fruit of your life and what God has done for you it gives them hope! Hope that they too can live a life of freedom from the bondage of sin!

Be Willing

The Samaritan woman was shut out because of her sin, but when Jesus showed up and ministered to her it set her free from that bondage that separated her. Because of her willingness to run and tell others what the Lord had done for her, many others believed in Him.

Don’t be embarrassed of  where you have come from. The worse it is the more it glorifies the Lord.

Revelation 12:11, 2 Corinthians 3:17, John 8:36

**God please forgive me for the times I have been too ashamed to share where You have brought me from. I ask that you give me boldness, a confidence through You that allows me to testify to others so that they too can come to believe in and follow You Lord. In Jesus name I pray, Amen. **
