God’s Glory
Psalm 37:4-5
4 Delight yourself also in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
5 Commit your way to the Lord, Trust also in Him, And He shall bring it to pass.
Trust In God
Trusting God is kind of like forgiveness. Let me explain. When you forgive someone each time you think about what happened you have to make the choice to forgive again.
We might learn to trust God with our children, our finances, our spouses but what about when He calls you to step out and start walking into what He has called you to do. It’s like learning to trust all over again. Can you be patient and trust that His timing is perfect?
Preparation
I don’t suggest we sit back and do nothing. There is a preparation that has to take place but be aware that during that preparation the enemy will do everything he can to keep you discouraged in hopes you will just give up.
Have you ever felt like this? I know I have. I feel that way right now. It’s quite difficult when people you love, and trust don’t even care while you are so excited you are about to bust! Rather heartbreaking actually.
It’s All Part of It
Stay positive. Maybe their reaction to what you know the Lord has called you to do is all part of the preparation. Can you be patient? Will you seek God to help you overcome the discouragement? Can you focus on the Lord and trust that He meant what He said to you?
You will walk through places you don’t feel like you should be just to see if you are ready to come under authority. To see if your willingness to serve is greater than what you want to do, before you ever get where you are in the vision He has given you.

**Lord thank You for choosing me to do Your work. To be faithful in all areas You lead me to even if they aren’t exactly what I want. Help me to be humble enough to do those things with a good attitude and remind me that everything I do is for You Lord. In Jesus name I pray, Amen. **
