Fear Not

Fear Not

Isaiah 41:10

10 Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you,

Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’

Life Is Hard

Life is hard. We have so many responsibilities placed on our shoulders at any given moment it can be quite overwhelming. It seems like every day there is a new bill, a new appointment, a new issue to deal with and it just piles on to what already seems like too much.

When life gets heavy it can feel as though we are all alone. It seems like we are doing everything on our own and don’t have anywhere to turn for help or relief.

Your Reminder

This scripture reminds us that when life seems like too much to handle, we don’t have to be afraid or worried. God is with us. He knows exactly where you are and what it’s going to take to get you where you need to be. His word says that He will give us the strength to push through where we are now and that He will help us do it.

Hard times do not last forever. You will look back in a few months and realize that whatever is weighing on you now has resolved and you’re on to something different. But while you are walking through it, spend time with God in prayer. Tell Him about everything and how you are feeling. Sure, He already knows but talking to Him, spending time in His presence is where we get our strength to go on. Thank Him for the times He has gotten you through in the past and remember that if He did it then, He will do it now!

You Are Not Alone

You are not left alone in your difficult time. When you find your mind trying to focus on the problem and how hard it is, take control of your thoughts and replace worry with thankfulness. Thanking God for what He has done and what you believe He will do will cancel out those negative and consuming thoughts.

Psalm 145:18, 1 Peter 5:7, Joshua 1:9

**Lord thank You for never leaving me and always helping me through difficult times. Help me to recognize when I am focusing on the negative and remind me of all the things You have already brought me though, all the times you never left me when I felt alone. Thank You for who You are Lord. In Jesus name I pray, Amen. **
