107 Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever.
All He Has Done
Do you ever just sit and think about all that the Lord has done for you? For your family, those you love. Have you thought about all the times He’s spared you and them from harm or death? The times when you didn’t know how a situation was going to work out but it did. How about the times you didn’t know how something was going to get paid for, but He showed up and somehow it got taken care of.
What about the simple things? A warm, clean home or hot water to shower and wash your face in. Running water in our homes is something we don’t think about until it’s not there.
Everyday
Every single day God blesses us in ways we can’t imagine and surely don’t recognize. If we believe He works in situations when we don’t see it, then we should probably be sure to thank Him for the things He does that we don’t even know about.
The Past
Sometimes my past creeps up in my memories. All of the bad choices. The dangerous situations I put myself in. When I have those thoughts, it reminds me of just how good of a God I serve. A God who would show up and save me from the darkest places even though it was my fault I was there in the first place.
I could never express in words how thankful I am for all He’s done for me, even the things I don’t think about. What are you thankful for today?

**Lord, thank You! Thank You for all you have done and continue to do for me and those I love. Thank You for never leaving me even when I gave You every reason too! Thank You for every single thing You do! You truly are a good, loving and caring God. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.**
