More Lies
Have you ever felt like you didn’t matter? Have you ever felt like what you do for God’s kingdom is so small and insignificant that if you didn’t do it no one would even notice? I am here to tell you that is absolutely not true and is in fact another lie from the enemy to distract you from the work God Himself has called you to do.
Do You Believe?
So many times, we judge the importance of our calling by how our peers respond to it. If they are excited for us or they support us, then we feel like that confirms what we believe God has spoken to us and we feel important. But what about when they don’t? Do we still believe what we know He has spoken to us?
Vital Organs
In studying this scripture, the footnotes in my Bible mentioned the internal organs in our body as a comparison to what is being said. Our organs are what our entire body uses to function. These parts are vital and just as important, if not more important than an ear or your nose. Now every single part serves its own purpose, but the inside organs are protected because if harm comes to them, it could shut the whole body down for a while.
His Ways Are Not Ours
The next time you feel like you don’t matter, like what you do isn’t important just remember this scripture and that God’s ways are not our ways. Man does not usually see anything the same way God does and what He thinks is more important than what the world thinks.
