Tell The World

Tell The World

Ephesians 6:10-18 nkjv

10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. 11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. 13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

14 Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15 and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16 above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; 18 praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints—

A Heavy Heart

As I awoke this morning my heart was still heavy from yesterday’s events. I haven’t tried to make sense of it because I know that when you speak the truth, when you talk about God and the truth of His word, what happened to Charlie Kirk is a very real possibility. It happens in other countries daily. We just don’t know them, so it doesn’t hit us the same way.

I spent the morning praying. Praying for our country. Praying for the children all over the world and praying for that man’s family and friends. While in prayer the Lord reminded me that things here on earth will only get worse. There is nothing we can do to stop or prevent it. There is, however, something we can do until it is our time to leave this earth. And that is to speak Jesus.

Go Tell Them!

You don’t have to be a pastor or an evangelist. You don’t have to have special papers that say you can go here, there and everywhere to preach. We have the Word of God available to us. All we have to do is tell people what it says.

Tell them that there is a God out there who loves them so much He sent His only son to die on the cross for their sins that they may have eternal life in Heaven with Him.   Tell them that Jesus will return in the twinkling of an eye and no one knows the day or the hour so to be ready at all times.

Go tell the world about Him!

Matthew 28:19-20 nkjv

19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.

Time is running out and we must try to lead others to the cross! This is a powerful devotion. Because we are called to spread His world! I pray for boldness to witness to everyone I come in contact with. Thank you for being obedient and sharing what Gid lays on your heart! Good stuff!!!
