He Heard You
Psalm 34:4
4 I sought the Lord, and He heard me, And delivered me from all my fears.
He Heard Me
This week I have found myself reading Psalm 34 over and over again. Every time I come to this scripture I hear the song “ I sought the Lord, and He heard and He answered”. Over and over again. It got me to thinking.
God always answers our prayers. Always. Keep in my the answer may not always be specifically what you wanted, but He does answer. Sometimes it’s yes and sometimes it’s no. There are times when it takes a while for you to see the answer, but it’s still there.
His Way Is Better
God is not our genie. We don’t lay out plans for Him and then tell Him how we want things to go. We usually do exactly that , but His ways are better than our ways. Which is why when we pray, it’s so important for us to pray for God’s will above all else. He knows and sees all. He also knows what is best for us.
Maybe you’re praying for something today and maybe you’ve been praying about it so long you’re starting to think God doesn’t hear you or isn’t going to answer you. The moment you prayed God gave an answer whether you knew it or not.
Nothing Is Halfway
Sure He could snap His fingers and do it all immediately, but maybe, just maybe He is preparing you for what you prayed for. Maybe He is slowly, meticulously lining up everything where it needs to be to make perfect the answer to your prayer. After all God doesn’t do anything half way.
Remember God has heard your prayers and He has answered them.

**Lord thank You for never leaving me and always hearing me when I call out to you. Thank You for only wanting what’s best for me even if that means I have to wait a while. I trust You Lord and I know that You will work out everything for my good. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.**
